Celebrate National Garden Month at Your Brevard County Library!

At your local library you can pick up books to help you entice pollinators, get started on your vegetable garden, or grow plants and herbs indoors if your space is limited. We have books available for beginners and experts, whether you’re starting with your first succulent, or planning a backyard oasis, we have you covered!

Check out the seed libraries at the Mims/Scottsmoor Public Library and the Titusville Public Library!

Have questions and looking for a little more help? Check out the Master Gardeners! Trained and certified by the University of Florida IFAS Extension Program, the Master Gardeners are a group of outreach volunteers who provide research-based horticultural education to Florida residents. Many of our libraries have Master Gardener clinics where you can come in and ask questions. If you want to know where you should plant your bromeliads, or what you can do to get a better tomato harvest, or even “What is this spot on my plant?” come to your library and get all the answers!
