	Proposed Ordinances AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PARKING OF A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AT A RESIDENCE This ordinance will be heard by the Local Planning Agency on February 22, 2010. AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-08E, WHICH IMPOSED A TWO-YEAR MORATORIUM ON THE COLLECTION OF TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL PROJECTS This ordinance will be heard b the Local Planning Agency on February 22, 2010, and by the Board of County Commissioners on February 23, 2010.
