Substance Abuse Prevention
GOAL: Community support for law enforcement of underage drinking laws to decrease number of under age driving by:
Strategy 1 - reducing the number of drinking related motor vehicle crashes among underage drivers in Brevard County
Strategy 2 - increasing awareness of the prevention of alcohola and substance abuse.
Early Academic Success
GOAL: All children birth to five years of age will have access to preventative and support services by:
Strategy 1 - increasing awareness of infant mental health.
Strategy 2 - increasing knowledge in the community on child safety issues.
Family Management
GOAL: All families in Brevard County will have adequate access to preventative and support service by:
Strategy 1 - families in Brevard County receiving information on preventative and support services.
Strategy 2 - decreasing the number of verified reports of child abuse.
