Drop and Swap Program:
The Drop and Swap Program operates at the Cocoa and Sarno HHHW Collection Centers Only. Items are separated into usable products brought in by residents. Residents can browse and
pickup products including usable household cleaners, automotive fluids and paint products free
of
charge. These usable products would otherwise be disposed of through the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program.

Richard's Paint reprocess the latex paint collected
at the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Centers and Collection Events.
The recycled paint is available twice a year usually in the early Spring and late Summer
FREE OF CHARGE to the public on a first come first served basis.

The Solid Waste Management Department has developed a vendor referral program designed to give small businesses in Brevard County a cost effective method to properly dispose of small quantities of hazardous wastes.
