Our Department provides curbside collection of garbage, yard waste and recycling services to the unincorporated areas of Brevard County through franchise agreements.

The unincorporated areas are that which are not located within the boundaries of any city or town.
If you live in a city or town please call them for information on your collection services.

Curbside Garbage Collection

Residents in the unincorporated areas of Brevard County have twice a week
curbside collection of garbage.

If you have questions concerning your service or your collection days please call Waste Management at 636-6894 for North/Central Brevard or
723-4455 for South Brevard.

Collection Tips
Place garbage cans, yard waste and recycling bins
within 5 feet of the curb the night before or by 6:00 AM
of your collection day. Residential collection begins at 6:00 AM.

Residental Tire Disposal
Place up to four (4) tires at the curb for collection.

Used Needles
Do NOT dispose of used needles in your garbage.
We have a program for the safe disposal of needles.
