The bid for intersection/roadway entrance has been awarded and contract being finalized. Contractor to receive notice to proceed anticipated for February 2010.
Camping area electrical upgrades are on schedule and will be completed by February 2010. The sanitary, water and roadway upgrades for the camping area are in the design phase. Pedway design proposal is pending response from Architectural & Engineering Firm.
Conceptual design for the main pavilion upgrades is under review by Staff and Management.
Structural modifications made to the Community Center site plans are under review by Parks staff and Management.
Maintenance Facility construction was completed in March 2008. Equestrian Center barns are complete. Restroom/Concession/Sound booth building for Equestrian Center is completed. Amphitheater is completed. Senior Center was completed June 2009—Click here for information. |
