- Reciprocity is a method to allow contractors, masters and journeymen,
who are certified by another county and registered with the state, to obtain
certification to perform work in the County. The County requesting reciprocity must
submit a letter to reflect the fact that the individual was certified by
examination, to include the trade, experience requirement, date of
certification, passing score, status certification, any disciplinary
actions and that their county will in turn accept reciprocity from
the County

- Transfer Application-
Any person desiring to engage in business as a contractor in his own
name or in affiliation with a firm other than the firm for which he
has previously qualified shall make application for transfer in writing
to the Board on a form prescribed by the Board. This application shall
be accompanied by a transfer fee and shall include all information
required for new applicants
