DON'T GET NAILED!

Painting Contractor Before you sign a contract to build or remodel your dream home, ask your contractor the following questions:

Are you properly licensed to perform the work? Is your liability and workman's compensation insurance up to date?
Do you use your own employee? If you do not, are the subcontractor(s) properly licensed and
insured?

To ensure the contractor(s) you have selected is properly licensed and insured, use our "Find a Licensed Contractor" search. If your contractor does not appear, please contact the Brevard County Licensing Regulation and Enforcement Office at (321) 633-2058 or fax our office at (321) 690-6878 for further info.
