Land Development Section is a division of the Planning & Development Department. It was created in 1984 as the coordinating agency for the review, permitting and approval of development in the unincorporated areas of Brevard County.
All reviews on site plans, subdivisions and unpaved roads are conducted by 13 reviewing agencies and are completed within 15 calendar days.
