VIAL OF LIFE

The Vial of Life Program provides citizens with a plastic vial, alerting sticker and medical information form. Citizens with specific medical concerns complete the form and place it in the vial and attach (rubber band or tape) the sealed vial on to the top shelf of the refrigerator. The adhesive sticker is applied to the front door of the home alerting responding paramedics the vial is available. This program is especially helpful when patients are unconscious and cannot advise paramedics of their medical history.
