On April 20, 2010, the Board of County Commissioners heard proposed modifications to the Brevard County Comprehensive Plan; Conservation Element; Wetlands, Surface Water, and Flood Hazard Areas Objectives. The Board directed public input and recommendations concerning appropriate modifications. The Natural Resources Management Office will hold three public forums as indicated below.
The forums will be held at the following location:
Viera Government Center Building C, 3rd Floor, Florida Room 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way Viera, FL 32940

We are now accepting written comments for all Objectives. You may submit written comments or direct questions to: Brevard County Natural Resources Management Office Attn: Darcie McGee 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way Building A, Room 219 Viera, FL 32940 (321) 633-2016 The Board of County Commissioner will take final comments and make a final transmittal decision at a public hearing at the May 27, 2010 meeting to be held at 5:00 pm in the Commission Chambers in Building A, Viera Government Center.
