Who We Are:The Brevard Delegation of the Commission on the Status of Women was established in 1976. In 1992, it was renamed the Brevard County Commission on the Status of Women (BC-CSW) BC-CSW consists of 15 voting members(3 appointed by each County Commissioner) and up to 15 non-voting members. The mission of BC-CSW is to enhance the status of women in Brevard County. BC-CSW services in an advisory capacity to the Brevard County Commissioners on all matters pertaining to the status and concerns of women. Effort is made to assure the BC-CSW membership is diverse and represents the women of Brevard County.
