	ARTICLE 6. SPECIAL DISTRICTS AND AUTHORITIES As provided in Article VIII, §1 (g) and §6 of the State Constitution, the Board of County Commissioners may by ordinance amend or repeal any local or special act of the Legislature applicable solely to the unincorporated areas of the County.
