Brevard County Public Works - Inquiry/Complaint Form

If you see a road or traffic maintenance problem within the unincorporated areas of the Brevard County (i.e., potholes, drainage problems, traffic signals, etc.) you may forward this information to the Public Works Department by completing the following form.

Please DO NOT use this form for problems/complaints for any roads with a State Road Designation (US1, I-95, etc.) or on a city street. State roads fall under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The FDOT can be reached at (321) 690-3250.

As with any technology based system, processing of these requests may be delayed by system outages, etc. This form SHOULD NOT be used to report emergencies or other serious problems. During Business hours, please contact the Public Works Department directly at (321) 690-6877. After hours emergencies should be reported to (321) 637-6670. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing.
