All minors under the age of 18 are required to have a
Minor Internet Permission Form on file before they can use the internet at any Brevard county public library. A special sticker will be affixed to their active library card once the permission form has been filled out and signed by a parent. Parents will need to bring a legal form of identification.
Once the internet permission form is on file, minors will need only to present their card with sticker affixed to use the internet. Temporary permission forms are available for visitors. Download a copy of the
