(Brevard County, FL)- Brevard County Fire Rescue crews were dispatched at 8:39 a.m. to a reported propane leak at 471 East Merritt Island Causeway, Lot 13 in Merritt Island.
Multiple Brush Fires Scorch Central Brevard County

(Brevard County, FL)- Fire crews continue to battle four separate brush fires that are burning in central Brevard County. The first report of a brush fire was called in to dispatchers at 3:27 p.m. Inclement weather was reported in the area and all four fires are believed to have been caused by lightning strikes.

(Brevard County, FL)- Fire investigators consider a fire that destroyed a vacant Merritt Island home last night suspicious. Originally reported at 1155 Dunes Street, officials have corrected the address to 1140 Dunes Street.

(Brevard County, FL)- Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) crews are reporting knock down of a fire that damaged a vacant home this evening at 1155 Dunes Street in Merritt Island. Dispatchers received a call reporting the fire at 8:43 p.m.

(Brevard County, FL)- Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) crews responded to a structure fire at 6726 Dyson Avenue in West Cocoa overnight. A 911 call was received at 3:53 a.m. reporting a mobile home on fire with possibly one person trapped inside.
