The development, approval, and execution of the Brevard County Annual Budget is essentially year-round process. Along with the County's strategy map, which shows the County's overall business strategy to meet the goals in its operational areas the ultimately lead to achieving the County Vision, the budget is the ultimate policy document. It is, in its simplest form, the application of resources to the priorities of the organization.
